Reared in Midleton Co. Cork on East Ferry Farm, our bronze free-range turkeys are selected for their superior flavour and texture. The bronze turkey is an older breed, and the original gourmet variety. They have distinctive black plumage and are naturally slow growing. The meat has a deeper, more intense flavour than commercially bred white turkey, perfect for the Christmas dinner table.
