Made by hand in their workshop near Nantes. A traditional recipe richer in almonds, butter and cream, based on nougatine coated in chocolate, without eggs, flour or gluten.
The sweetness of salted butter caramel meets the bitterness of the 63% cocoa dark chocolate. The rich nougatine made from almonds is delightfully crunchy. The honey adds a touch of fullness and delicacy. The touch of Guérande salt enhances all these flavours.
