Tiptree Quince Jelly

Details

To produce this traditional jelly the fruit is crushed, brought to the boil and simmered gently. This releases all the flavour and gives the jelly a wonderful pink colour. It is then transferred to fruit press where the fruit is squeezed slowly to release the juice. Ideal for use as a condiment, Quince jelly is also a perfect partner for Cheddar cheese.
