This Rhubarb & Ginger jam is made in small batches using locally grown rhubarb. The ginger adds a delicious mellowing warmth to the sharpness of the rhubarb. When the rhubarb is harvested it is a real sign that summer is on the way, and when you taste this luscious jam, we hope you will get that feeling too!

Ingredients: Rhubarb, Sugar, Lemon Pulp, Ginger Nuggets.
