Cayenne pepper is one of the oldest and best-known chilies on our latitude. Cayenne pepper is strong (between 30,000 to 50,000 on the Scoville scale) and even finely ground powder should hence be used in small amounts.

Mill and Mortar cayenne pepper is grown organically in Spain, where it is called Pimenton Picante.
