Tasting Note: Yellow robe with glints of mint-green. Fine, generous mousse. Delicate nose of white flowers, freshly baked brioche, fresh strawberries and meringue. The persistent bubbles eventually give way to an elegant expression of pinot noir, with crisp fruit led by white peach and citrus.
