Vinification: Soft pressing of the grapes, fermentation at a controlled temperature and maturation in vitrified concrete tanks for approximately 5 months. Followed by refinement in the bottle.

Tasting Note: Ripe pear, citrus, textured, subtle spice: a rich and elegant wine with intense fruity and floral aromas.

 

Pairing suggestion: Particularly suitable with Ascoli green olives, fish dishes, delicate sauces and white meats.
